Scottsdale Airpark leads Valley's office market in 2004 - 2005-01-03 - The Business Journal of Phoenix

Scottsdale Airpark leads Valley's office market in 2004 - 2005-01-03 - The Business Journal of PhoenixThe Scottsdale submarkets led the Valley in office leasing and new office construction in 2004, while industrial space saw improvements in most parts of metro Phoenix, according to reports from Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona. "The majority of the largest office leases for 2004 took place in Scottsdale and that city's submarkets are host to the largest construction trend we've experienced since the mid-'80s," said Cushman & Wakefield Senior Managing Director James Wentworth. Valleywide, more than 713,000 square feet of office space were added to the total inventory in 2004, and Scottsdale Airpark was the location for 526,685 square feet of that total.
