Too bad! It would have been fun! City denies permit for bar with pool: "SCOTTSDALE - A divided City Council has decided that a downtown Scottsdale bar with a pool might make too big a splash. Owner Greg Donnally had proposed that his new restaurant and bar, Drift, would have two hot tubs, a swimming pool, an outdoor bar and restrooms with an expanded patio, catering to young patrons."
