This pisses me off...

The Weekly World News has crossed the line. They have published a picture of a local hero as number six in a list of the Worlds 10 Ugliest People. Jason Schechterle is a Phoenix Police Officer who was badly burned in an auto accident in the line of duty.

East Valley Tribune- Schechterle suffered disfiguring burns to his hands and face when his Crown Victoria patrol car was struck from behind at high speed on March 26, 2001. He has become a beloved public figure in the Valley, appearing at numerous speaking engagements before schoolchildren and burn victims, carrying the Olympic torch and meeting President Bush.

I'll have more on this after I've had a chance to calm down... This really pisses me off!
